PCG Trip To Hebron, Selayang Debriefed

Our trip to Hebron, Home For Single Parents' Children was a surprisingly refreshing encounter and really an eye opener for me, well, for everyone I would say but I will leave it to the rest to share their own experience.

After a "yong tau fu" lunch at Manjalara (for some of us) as Bro David, our newly appointed F&B Director and Sis Pui Si kindly volunteered to buy KFC & maded choc cupcakes for the kids at Hebron.
After some brief minor confusion - car missing, no phone signals, calls to find the missing car, missing car found plus a new convoy, our Mr.Lollipop & family joined in. (Means balloon time for the kids there).

I firmly believe that it was a God's plan that we went over there as Pastor John, wife & son was surprised to see us as much as we were surprised that they did not know who we were and what we were there for. Thus, if this is not God's divine plan, well, you tell me. As Bro Frank shared on Friday, our God through Christ Jesus is the source and men are just channels or instruments that God uses.

Anyway, to conclude I am sure for the rest of the PCG members who were there, God would have instilled in their hearts a personal message of what this trip is all about. I would like to end it with two verses which I believe God's way of telling me He is always here for those who love and serve Him.

Besides the KFC fiesta, a love offering was given on behalf of the PCG Group. Sis Carin will inform of the amount and needed to collect from all members. ;)

Verse 1 ---> Nehemiah 8:10 - "The Joy Of The Lord Is My Strength"

You can tell that there is really Joy Of the Lord in each of them. You did be surprised how this safe haven was build. The photos says it all.

And So It Begins ...(Year 2007)

Fruits Of The Labor...( from a group of determined youth lead by Pastor John, Wife & His Son, Pastor Isaac, I would say "Wow". Another way of saying " With God, anything is possible" )

Now, Sat 13 March, 3pm 2010.... ( hmm..the date and time reminds me of 1 Corinthians 13:13)

The 2 verse ---> Luke 6.38 " Give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.”

I am convinced that when Pastor John and family gave (to build and start Hebron) , they received much blessings and there will be more to come.
